Employers find potential job candidates by entering search criteria. The employer then reviews the employment profiles and listen to the Audio Resume Interviews of job seekers that appear in the search results. However, the job seeker's personally identifiable information cannot be seen by the employer at this stage.

Candidates that meet the employer's approval are selected, and an "invitation" is sent to the selected job seekers. The invitation includes general information about the employer (does not include the employer's name) & details about the job position that needs to be filled (see a sample invitation). Each invited job seeker can accept or reject the invitation. The employer then pays a fee for each accepted invitation, and will be given contact information for the candidates.

The invitation method is beneficial because:

1) It allows the employer to advertise their job opening directly to candidates that they have pre-selected. This eliminates having to review resumes of, or field numerous inquiries from non-essential candidates. This saves considerable time & effort for both employer and job seeker.

2) The employer and job seeker have expressed mutual interest in each other. This leads to higher quality interactions between the two parties.
