Q: What will employers see &
hear when they are reviewing my profile?
Ans: Employers browsing the Audio Resume database
have access to the job seeker's profile including
employment history, education, & professional
summary. The employer can also listen to the job
seeker's Audio Resume interview. However, the employer
does not have access to personally identifiable
information until they have invited the job seeker
to apply for their job position and the invite is
accepted by the job seeker.
Q: What is an "Invitation"?
Ans: Employers desiring to contact a job seeker
must "invite" the job seeker to apply
for their position. The invitation includes general
information about the employer and specific information about the position available.
Job seekers are notified of new invitations and
must accept or reject the invitation. For more info, click here
Q: What happens if I can't complete the interview
once I start?
Ans: You can call-back another time to complete
the interview. However, you must answer all of the
questions again, and your new answers will replace
the previous answers.
Q: Can I have an interview question repeated if I don't understand
it the first time?
Ans: Yes, you can have the system repeat the question
as many times as necessary
Q: What kind of questions will the system ask?
Ans: The questions are primarily behavioral based
questions, inquiries about past experiences, professional
relationships, and professional achievements. You can review your actual questions by clicking 'Audio Resume Interview Tips' when logged into your account.
