Ans: Your Audio Resume profile is active indefinitely. However, if you fail to login to your account for 60 consecutive days, or fail to respond to employer invitations the system will discontinue displaying your profile to employers in search results. You will receive two email notices inquiring about inactivity prior to being removed from the search algorithm.

Q: What is the Audio Resume Interview ?

Ans: The Audio Resume interview is an interactive voice interview. Job seekers are given a toll-free phone number to call to complete the interview. The interview questions depend on the job category and experience level the job seeker chose when they registered. The interview is a series of questions that require a verbal response. Q: Are there any additional charges or costs to job seekers?

Ans: No, the amount paid at registration is the only cost to the job seeker.


Q: What will employers see & hear when they are reviewing my profile?

Ans: Employers browsing the Audio Resume database have access to the job seeker's profile including employment history, education, & professional summary. The employer can also listen to the job seeker's Audio Resume interview. However, the employer does not have access to personally identifiable information until they have invited the job seeker to apply for their job position and the invite is accepted by the job seeker.

Q: What is an "Invitation"?

Ans: Employers desiring to contact a job seeker must "invite" the job seeker to apply for their position. The invitation includes general information about the employer and specific information about the position available. Q: What happens if I can't complete the interview once I start?

Ans: You can call-back another time to complete the interview. However, you must answer all of the questions again, and your new answers will replace the previous answers.

Q: Can I have an interview question repeated if I don't understand it the first time?

Ans: Yes, you can have the system repeat the question as many times as necessary

Q: What kind of questions will the system ask?
