Employers wishing to fill job positions can register, and search the AudioResume.Net database
of job seekers. Registration is fast & easy. Once registered and verified, the employer can
begin searching the Audio Resume database for candidates, and posting job opportunities.
The system filters job seekers based on several employer entered search parameters & keywords. Only candidates matching the selected criteria get presented to the employer. The employer can then review individual job seeker profiles, and listen to the candidate's Audio Resume Interview to evaluate the candidate.
Those meeting approval of the employer can be added to the employer's "shopping cart". An "invitation", including information about the employer's organization and specific job opportunity, is sent to the job seeker. The employer pays a one-time $200 fee for each accepted invitation, and is then given access to the candidate's full employment profile.
