Each registered job seeker is given a toll-free phone number to call to answer a set of job-related interview questions. The interview questions are dependent on the employment category selected by the job seeker when they registered and setup their profile.

The automated interview session is recorded and stored with the job seeker's profile. Employers can listen to the interview when viewing a candidate's profile online.
